The '2018 Gimhae Beer Festival', sponsored by Gyeongnam Daily, held at the outdoor parking lot of Gimhae Jangyu Lotte Premium Outlet. This is the first beer festival in Gimhae, It was originally planned to be on the 4th to 8th, but it was postponed to the 13th from 9th on the north of the 25th typhoon "Kongray".

The was presumed on the 9th of October with performances of various genres including 'K-POP' and 'JAZZ' on the 10th, 'BAND' on the 11th, 'DJ & EDM' on the 12th, and 'MUSICAL' on the 13th. You can visit the site @  Gimhea beer festival In addition, various of other events such as food market, resident talent competition, face painting, caricature, calligraphy, distribution of balloon, hat making and so on.
I missed most of the events but I was able to experience the 'DJ & EDM' on the 12th at almost 9 pm. It was kind of late but still we had a super fun and amazing time with my friend.

I really am not a beer person but, I definitely enjoyed a cup of this free bottomless Fitz Lite beer. I think I am going to start liking beer from now on. Have tried it many times but, this was the only beer that made me finished a cup. I actually wanted more but my friend was driving and I didn't wanna be unfair to her enjoying it myself..ha ha ha..

It was kind of chilly and the Odeng soup kept as warm until we got our warm up to the dance floor.

We got hungry afterwards and had some chicken and I love the fried potato that was on top of it. I was not able to take photo of the rest of our fun moments but it was indeed a nice one.. We even enjoy dancing through the influence of amazing people sitting next to us. As I am writing this, I am still deciding weather I should go and watch the musical finale event..

Driving throughout the Scenic Road of Korea in Namhea..

Driving through the 아름다운 (aleumdaun gil) Scenic road of Korea to the Namhae Bridge all throughout the suspension bridge that connects Hadong Noryang and Namhae Noryang part of Gyeongsangnam - do. The bridge, completed in 1973 and it has a total length of 660 meters.

This drive and stop over became our 2nd destination for the day-2 in continuation of our 4 days exploration around Gyeaongsangnam - do. I combined the video taken in separate drive which was cut in the middle when we stopped by at this beautiful park, and at Geumnam village for Yi Sun Shin's shrine and the battle ship adventure along the way.

This was also something we discovered on our way to our last itinerary in the island of Namhea. We actually had another one before this but, I couldn't find it my on my photos. But I remember it was a nice village somewhere in the middle of a rice field with a huge tree and a very nice traditional pavilion and a bridge which was also traditionally built. The sign below was very welcoming that any travelers couldn't resist but to have a nice stop.

We were welcomed by the delicious smell of a boiling sweet corn. from this stall which sells fresh figs and serves local snack. The space was wide enough to park and it was about 10 am so it was a perfect time to recharge. While my family were having some refreshments I grabbed mine and went off to the quick adventure around the area.

I climbed the mini hill and what a stunning view was there waiting for me! I had also lost some of the coastal view images but there would always be a next time visit to follow for sure.

I wasn't supposed to go too far but, I just couldn't resist this spectacular view! I instantly fell in love with this place like worth breaking the rules.. LOL!

I was catching my breath when I arrived on this area, and manage to shoot some decent images. I love the monuments which really made this little hill magical. Somewhere I could spend a day with my puppies reading books on a hammock, such a peaceful place.

I saw more interesting stuffs and I could go further more, but I know I wasn't here alone and I don't want them to keep waiting. While I was having all the fun alone.

One thing I totally regret about this stopover was missing the sea-view of the Namehae section of Hallyeohaesang National Marine Park, a particularly breathtaking view of Sejondo Island, the Pipe Organ Valley and Ssangyonggul Cave which was just across somewhere around the area.

Twas a very nice and refreshing stop over, we then continued hitting the beautiful scenic road of Korea. We stopped on half of the drive.

Again we went down to the village of Geumnam which was along the way for Yi Sun Shin's shrine and his battle ship adventure. Then hit back the Namhea bridge to the great Yi Sun Shin Bridge and bridges after bridge drive until we've reached the amazing Yeosu which was in Jeollanam - do.

A quick stop by at Hilton resort before living Na...

힐튼 남해 골프 & 스파 리조트 or Hilton Spa resort is located in south Namhea Island Gyeongsangnam -do. The hotel is now named Anante Sea South , an accommodation in the island which took it's 1st place among 5 star hotels. It is also the Korea's first seaside golf course with an oceanic view in the coastlines on a surface of 180 acres.

This is our first itinerary on our day-2 in continuation of our 4 days exploration around Gyeongsangnam - do. When we got in the car in day one, this resort was a part of itinerary and was supposed to be our accommodation during the trip, but we got so caught up with all the unexpected tour sites which we discovered on our  day one. We end up resting the night at Fine pension house referred by the coffee shop lady in our last destination in Gacheon village.

Therefore, we were determined that we were not giving it up so we've decided to find it and we're not leaving the island without seeing this well known resort which I've been hearing from my friend. My family agreed as well as they had been curios too.

We hit the road as early as we could get and the navigation was so cooperative throughout the day. I guess people can just walk in here since it offers a spa coffee shop and it also has a restaurant inside. We could have tried some of it but we really didn't have time.

Finally! I am seeing what I've been hearing right before my eyes.

Grandma decided to stay in the car while we did our quick rounds to the beautiful resort. And we figured that, that's the main building.

A tour bus was here earlier than us to probably pickup or drop some tourist. We found a lot of guest at the lobby by the way.

No checkpoints, Though we noticed a staff and an outdoor desk.

This LCD was constantly playing the  VCR of the hotel.
I took some of the photos I added on my video from here.

The very clean washroom or toilet at the main lobby building
was so clean and had a decent amenities.

I really wish I could add some of my photos taken at the lobby here but, they were gone. Thanks God the stunning view of the outside were saved even just a few of it.

A nice pavilion to enjoy the ocean view of the stunning golf course and spa resort. We just couldn't go more further because it is a golf course not a sight seeing area. Yeah! The beautiful place may not be restricted for sight seers but, if you happened to do the same just remember that golf course may seem wide and fun to walk around but nobody wants to get hit in head by those tiny balls flying from nowhere. So better keep the limit to the lobby area and the ground floor yard. It is already satisfying enough.

I took a lot of photos even at the lobby but, I mistakenly deleted them as usual, This is something  I am obsessed doing taking too much photos and getting memory space panic for the next destination. and end up deleting thinking it went through my back up storage ugghhh!!! I guess it was meant for you to go see it for yourself.. LOL! Our journey then continued to the Admiral Yi Sun Shin's shrine. But before we've reached there, which was in between one of Korea's scenic road, a beautiful drive and stopover indeed.

Fine Pension (고운 팬션) in Namhea

Fine Pension (고운 팬션) is a family run modern yet traditional guest house up in the hill not very far from Gacheon village in Namhea Gyeongsangnam -do. It is a perfect place to have a relaxing, peaceful, clam and a stargazing adventure before having a goodnight sleep. And it would definitely greet you with a spectacular misty morning view of a traditional jars of Deanjang landscape, the view of the mountain peaks and a sun rising from the sea.

This is the place we've stayed for a night in Namhea in continuation of our 4 days exploration around Gyeongsangnam - do. When we arrived at our guest house it was already dark so the photos were taken in the morning the next day. It was the place we've chosen from the recommendation of the lady from the coffee shop when we were in Gacheon village. We occupied the whole second floor. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms wide kitchen, spacious living room.
and it only costed us 100,000 won less than $100 dollar.

I've somehow mistakenly deleted the photos I took from the inside but it was so homey like as if we've just came home to sleep in our house which was hours drive away. It was complete with appliances, furniture kitchen utensils, amenities in both bathrooms  and even had a bbq grill set up by the terrace. I had my own room but I moved and slept on the  elevated floor in the living room and was awoken by the sunrise because I did not shut the curtain when I slept through it while watching the lovely stars  in the sky at night.

To my surprise the normal looking yard stunned me with its misty morning landscape. I couldn't find my earlier photos which I must have thought it was backed up so I deleted it but, hopefully I could go back there again. I surely will because the owner was so nice.

Next to it was also another traditional guest house which was originally what we picked for the price. But it was a bit small for five people. If I remembered it clearly, the place would be perfect for honeymooners or couple with small kids. It was divided into two units and the other one was occupied so the owner offered us the other building for the same price. We were expecting to pay at least 250,000 won about less than $250 dollars because there were 5 of us but I guess we came on a low season and also the owner was very understanding so we got really lucky.

After finishing breakfast, we had a groupies and selfies here and there and bough some of the traditional fermented spices such as Deanjang (bean cured) and Kutchojang (hot pepper paste) I think they also produce soy sauce with their organic product business.

On our way here, we mistaken some of the places which are also nice looking one. The only thing about the place we stayed was,  the place location is a beat isolated on the steep of the mountain so it is kind of hard to find, But oh! well, gems aren't always easy in the first place, so it was worth it!

In search of the place which was recommended to us, we arrived in this beautiful resort. It was indeed a with a spectacular view and the owner was nice, very accommodating and even showed us around. We thought that if we weren't be able to find or liked what we were looking for, then we would have stayed here.

We've also mistaken this place a nice cabin cottage style which was way more higher up the mountain with also a nice combination view of the mountain and the sea. We could have settled here for the night but, they just sprayed sanitation pesticides on every cabins probably because they weren't expecting any guest or they are resting from busy summer and are preparing for fall season.

There were also many guest house and resorts along the way to choose upon, but we were satisfied with our accommodation for this journey. I would say I really thankful and enjoyed my first day and first night ever in Namhea. I hope really to visit you again. In continuation of our day 2 trip. To quenched our curiosity, we made sure that we did stopped by at the Hilton hotel or golf resort which was our supposed plan of staying because it was the only resort we've been hearing a lot from this Island. Quick stop over at Hilton Golf resort Namhea.
